I found my own blog!!! I can't believe I started this last September! Wow I have so much to say!! :(
Well, it is now June 209. I am 30 weeks pregnant and thrilled this isn't my first child..if it was it truly could have been my last! I am sure I could carry on the negatives of being pregnant but I really do want to stay positive! I am absolutely exhausted now. Aghh I do feel my age!! Lets see: I have anemia, diabetes, braxton hicks, painful stomach stretching, back aches, headaches, dizziness..or as doc said "lack of blood flow", hmm anything else?? Oh I have had some ankle swelling..well, honestly whole leg swelling!! So I have decided Ms. Ciara Jeanne will be my last child. That is a bit hard to admit though...strange huh? To say "this will be my last baby" is actually huge to me. Yes, I have had a great run in the baby business! I have four beautiful and smart, sweet children. I have been so blessed by them. I know I will be just as blessed with baby Ciara. Now with Ciara it is already different. I have John. He is truley involved 100% with our daughter. He has been to every doctor appt..well, except the 3hr glucose appt. Who can blame him! I sure didn't want to be there!! ;) We have shopped for her and did a baby registry too.
I know it will be a bit more different for me since I have been the sole parent in my children's lives. This time..this last time..I have someone to share this miraculous event with. Wow...
We are also house hunting. Not to buy but to rent. We have seen a few..loved one...loved the owners of another!! Hmm can we merge the two? We are still hoping for the 1st house we saw..which was by complete accident! They are asking for an extra deposit though. Reason for renting..well, we want to know we will be staying here in San Diego. The cost of living here is so high and with a blended family like ours it is even higher. John who has lived in Washington would love to head back in the future. His oldest daughter is moving with her mom in a year so we will wait and see where we all wil be at that time. Not sure if his oldest son will want to go too. So in a year different changes...we are bringing a baby into our lives this year and in a year we will be saying goodbye to one..maybe two children. Sad...
Well, now I am off to do some mom things..dinner for tomorrow and a load of laundry!!!
